So it’s no surprise that it also has become a place where we can tell our own personal stories. In this case, we are getting married, and we figured the web would make a good place to share with our friends and family not only all the information about our wedding, but also chronicle our journey to the chapel.

Let us tell you, it’s a whole different fish from a different ocean, getting married. Little things become really big things that need to be ADDRESSED. We are constantly surprised, everyday, at something else that has to be done. But hey, we’re only going to do this once, so lets do it right. At the end of the day, we feel blessed that we're going through it together. Well, if your going through it alone, that would be a little strange, no?

Both Kathie and myself, Robert, lost our fathers this year.  I lost my father, Alfredo Garcia, in January from a sudden heart attack, and Kathie lost her father, Jose Manuel, from a sever neumonia and heart condition, in August.  We've had a rough year, but we're battling it out to get to the altar.

And hey, maybe the things we learn will help other young couples and young at heart couples with their own wedding. Maybe someone out there has an idea they’d like to share. We’d like our website to be a chronicle of the wedding journey, so we’ve built this website with that in mind. You’re more than welcome to post your comments, and drop us an email if you’d like. We’ll throw it on the board. If it sticks, then it stays.

Who knows? But let's find out.

All we know is that we love each other with everything we’ve got. Here’s our chance to scream it to the world and get the fifteen minutes of fame we where allotted by Mr. Warhol. Keep coming back; we’ll be posting new stuff very soon.
